We are based in the Shoals, but we build all across North Alabama and some parts of Tennessee.

How long does the construction process take?
The new construction process typically spans 9-12 months or more on average, contingent upon several factors, such as the complexity of your chosen designs, the availability of labor and materials, the municipality's permitting turnaround time, and weather conditions. Throughout this period, our construction team will maintain consistent communication, offering transparency and reassurance by reviewing the progress of your new home.
How much does it cost? What is your price per square foot?
As you know, the pricing depends on a variety of elements. How big will your custom home be? How many stories? Will you be using high-end finishes like custom marble? How many windows will your home have, and how big are they? All these factors come into play when planning and building a custom home. How accurate are your estimates?
An estimate is precisely that - an estimation of construction costs for your home. While we strive for accuracy, it's impossible to account for every occurrence during construction. The more information we have about your building location, material selections, and design preferences, the more precise our estimates become. However, unexpected events, such as fluctuating material costs or change orders, can impact the accuracy of our original estimate.
Is land included in the estimate?
No, our estimate is specifically for the construction of the home. Land purchases are considered an additional cost. However, we are happy to assist you in locating land if needed.
Do you undertake home remodeling projects?
Yes!
Do you include site prep?
Yes. While every build is different, we do offer this as a service and can be discussed in our initial planning meeting.
What is pre-qualification and what does it entail?
Pre-qualification is always helpful as a first step in the home-buying process as it is a simple way to determine how much you can afford and help you set a price range. You'll be asked to provide your lender with some information about your finances, including your income, any debt and basic details about your bank accounts. In many cases, you'll be able to learn how much you may qualify for immediately. Please contact your lender for more details.
