Set up a meeting.
At Staggs Properties, we want to understand what you desire for your home. We believe that talking openly is essential to creating the perfect home for you. When we meet for the first time, we'll chat about your goals, ideas, and what you wish for. Together, we'll figure out what's most important to you and make sure we get it right.
2. Discuss the plan.
We believe in making unique homes that match each family's lifestyle and design choices. We work closely with our clients, gathering pictures, ideas, and their wishes to create personalized plans that fit them perfectly.
Also, if needed, we can help you find land in the area that you’d like to live in.
3. Chat through the estimate
After our first meeting and finalizing the house plans, we create a personalized construction estimate for your dream home.
4. Let’s get you the money
At Staggs Properties, most of our clients choose a construction loan to pay for their building project.
Here's how it works:
Choose a location to build your house and get an estimate from us.
Take your house plans and the estimate to a bank of your choice.
The bank will check the value of your future home to make sure it's worth the loan amount.
If the bank agrees, they'll set a date for the loan to be finalized, and you'll get the money according to their disbursement policies.
If you're not sure which bank to pick, we can give you some suggestions based on our successful experiences working with them. We'll be there to help you throughout the process of getting the money you need for your build.
5. Build it.
Once your loan is approved, and the closing date is confirmed, we will work to move forward with scheduling the construction of your future home!
